From the moment I first met Lee I had an instant liking for her genuineness, her warmth, her understanding and her friendly nature. The team at Higgins Real Estate Lismore were very professional and they kept us fully updated and involved throughout the process of the sale. We always thought the Auction process was expensive, however, it was explained that 90% of the marketing is done via the internet these days so we were surprised just how inexpensive it was. In fact it was about the same cost as traditional marketing with a price. We sold our home in 90 days at a price that was acceptable in this current market. On a personal note we liked the idea of dealing with a local family owned and operated business on the North Coast and found the team at Higgins Real Estate to not only be professional, but friendly and honest. We would have no hesitation in recommending the team at Higgins Real Estate Lismore to sell your home.”
